We are in our beautiful new home which would not have been possible without your (Yajnesh's) help. With your guidance we figured out our search criteria. It took us several open houses, researching multiple locations with you to identify what will fit for our family needs. When we looked at this house we said this is it, we fell in love with the house and story starts from there. I did tell you, Yajnesh, to do whatever it takes to get this house, we love it so much. And then next thing was you put together a great offer which we loved and also helped us further negotiate later on in the process. You also helped us with getting loan agents, inspectors and all other things that goes along. Also you were prompt is telling us what needs to be taken care before moving and we did not have to worry about those things. That is a service no one would expect from their agent to get an army of contractors etc even after the deal closed. Going back in the process a bit, there were lot of anxious moments in our family, sleepless nights worrying about the process. But you being available, taking our calls all the time, that was phenomenal and THANKS for that.
